I move to:

1. Approve the position description, job duties, qualifications and salary for the Director of Credentialing and Special Programs;

2. Appoint a search committee consisting of Deneen Pennington, a member of the ethics committee, a member of the credentialing committee, and one or more members of the Board; and

3. Send out an announcement regarding the search as quickly as possible and try to complete the search and the selection within three weeks (if this is sufficient time).
